We may refuse or cancel an order, or refuse delivery, where age cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.

We sell to customers with delivery addresses in the United Kingdom only. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order has been accepted and dispatched.

If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund the affected item.

The price payable is the price shown in your order summary at checkout, including any applicable delivery charge.

We correct obvious pricing errors and will always contact you before proceeding if a correction affects your order.

Product descriptions, specifications and images are provided to help you choose. Manufacturers may update packaging or specifications from time to time.

Your cancellation and return rights, and the limits that apply to opened or unsealed age-restricted items, are set out in our returns policy.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited, and your statutory rights as a UK consumer are unaffected.

We may update these terms. The version published at the time you order is the version that applies to that order.
